30 Days Refund Policy
We sell our product with the goal to provide satisfaction to our customers therefore we stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with our product due to any reason, you can return it for replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of any product will be accepted only if the product is in saleable condition with the tags intact, in their original packaging and in an undamaged condition. If returned product meets all these conditions only then you will be eligible for refund (excluding shipping charges and gift-wrapping where appropriate).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
There are certain conditions and ways to return or replace your order and every customer is bound to follow these conditions and ways. At the time of returning or replacing your product you must have either store receipt or order ID or shipping invoice for all returns and exchanges.
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend you to ship your package with a trackable shipping carrier which includes insurance as we are not responsible for package lost in transit without proof of tracking. We will refund your entire order, excluding shipping costs, as long as all bottles purchased are returned.
Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time by providing you the best natural products but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply submit your request via contact us page within a period of 30 days.
- Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by compliance team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application or handling will not be covered under our Return Policy.
- Please note that shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges by shipping carrier companies.
