SHIPPING

All domestic and international orders are eligible for “Free Shipping” on order over $49.00 USD, however free shipping promotion will change time to time.

US domestic delivery takes 2 to 3 business days while delivery to Canada takes 5 to 7 business days, however international shipping take 9 to 11 business days, depending on the various countries, sometimes delivery may take up to 3 weeks but it happens quite rarely.

We ship all domestic orders via USPS First Class Mail & USPS Priority (if order exceeds $100 USD), And for all international orders we use DHL carrier with tracking number which helps you to track your order status updates.

You will receive an acknowledgement along with shipping tracking code within 24 hours after placing an order, you can always track your order status and location of your purchased products on shipping carrier website.
You can email or call (646) 980-2399 with your order number, and we will update your shipping address at anytime prior to the actual shipment of your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and US residents can also pay via bank transfer as per the request.

Yes, The product available on site is include of tax thus you don’t have to pay additional cost or price.

Currently we not offer “Cash on Delivery” but we will update our customer via email or phone once we start cash on delivery.

Definitely not! We only charge once for your purchase and we have never offered “free trials” and there is no recurring charges. If you wish to reorder, you can order again from same site. Watch out for other companies that try to sign you up for a “free trial” and then auto-bill your credit card.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it and take your money back, make sure provided product should be in saleable condition.
